Shipping policy
Standard Processing Time for Orders:
The standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders
placed after 10:00 AM (UK Time) may be processed the following business day. During specific collection
launches, holidays, and other peak seasons, processing and shipping times may increase. The shipping
address or the selected shipping method cannot be changed after checkout.
Amending a Shipping Address:
The shipping address or the shipping method selected cannot be changed after checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the shipment's tracking
information to the email address provided on the order.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left the
warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
International shipping rates vary. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your
location and the estimated weight of your package.
FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER/ABANDONED PACKAGES
If a customer's package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to an incorrect
address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (Blank View) at the customer's
expense.
In the event that the recipient is absent during all delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local
post office. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to
the sender (Blank View) at the customer's expense.
For international customers, if you refuse to accept the receipt of your package, it will be returned to the
sender (Blank View) at your expense. This expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax that
the package may have incurred.
The deducted amount will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
Packages that have not been claimed, picked up, or resolved by the customer within 30 days, after which
they will be deemed abandoned. Customers who abandon a package will forfeit the right to an exchange
or refund for their order.
DAMAGED/OPENED BOX
If you receive a damaged and/or opened package, please take a photo of the damage before checking
the contents inside. Submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order, and also contact us for further
assistance.
RETURN POLICY
At "Blank View," we accept returns and issue refunds for items, unless otherwise specified for certain
products. To qualify for a return, the items must be in perfect, unworn, and new condition. Please note
that undergarments such as socks and boxers cannot be returned. Customers have 14 days from the
date of receiving their order to request a return by contacting us. Once the return request is approved,
customers must ship the item back to us within 7 days. Please remember that packages sent without
prior contact will not be accepted for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of any items.
It is recommended to use a reputable shipping carrier to ensure tracking and delivery confirmation.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, please provide us with valid proof of tracking and receipt.
Failure to do so may result in the inability to process the refund.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will assess the eligibility of the refund and notify the
customer accordingly.
If the refund is approved, the credit will be processed and applied to the original method of payment
within 14 days.
